Our consumer business client is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Architect to lead functional design and solution governance using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform

Join a high-impact IT organization delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Engagement functions. This role leads functional architecture, business process transformation, and solution strategy while partnering closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and IT leadership. The position supports scalable and business-focused Dynamics 365 solutions across enterprise platforms and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must Haves

- 8+ years implementing and architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics modules
- Functional architecture, business process transformation, and end-to-end solution design within enterprise Dynamics 365 environments
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, security model, and standard functionality
- Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse from a functional solution perspective

Nice to Have

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Knowledge of ISV solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI capabilities, or intelligent automation within Dynamics 365

Responsibilities





- Define and maintain the functional architecture and solution roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, and related business areas
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend scalable Dynamics 365 solutions
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, business process workshops, gap analysis, and solution design activities
- Produce functional design documentation, process flows, solution blueprints, and configuration specifications
- Collaborate with technical architects and development teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, change management, and solution adoption across the business
- Evaluate current Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities and recommend opportunities to improve business processes and user experience
