- 8 years of experience with technical hands-on solutions development and configuration
- Experience with the following Technologies on Microsoft Cloud (MS):
- MS Dynamics 365 CRM
- MS Power Automate
- MS Power Pages
- MS Logic Apps
- MS Power BI
- Experience in architecting, designing and implementing case management system by using Microsoft energetic CRM 365 on cloud, Azure, Azure AD, Power, Power App Flows and Power Platform technology.
- Experience in designing, developing, integrating and implementation of Azure Storage for Attachment Management with MS Dynamics 365 on cloud.
- Experience in Designing, configuring, and implementing a Case Management System
- User Access and Profile Management
- Hands-on Experience in designing, developing Power BI Dashboard and Reports.
