Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Training Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;

Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Training Lead to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) within a manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for driving organizational readiness, leading change management initiatives, and developing and delivering an effective end-user training program that supports a successful ERP deployment.

The ideal candidate combines strong D365 F&O; implementation experience with exceptional people skills , enabling them to work effectively with business teams that are deeply rooted in existing processes and may require additional support navigating organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and execution throughout the D365 F&O; implementation.
- Partner with project leadership, business stakeholders, SMEs, and implementation partners to drive user readiness and adoption.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and business readiness evaluations.
- Develop and execute communication, engagement, and user adoption plans.
- Design, develop, and deliver role-based end-user training programs for D365 F&O.;
- Create training materials, job aids, process documentation, quick reference guides, and user manuals.
- Lead Super User and Train-the-Trainer initiatives to build internal capability.
- Facilitate classroom, workshop, and hands-on training sessions for business users.
- Measure training effectiveness and user adoption, adjusting materials and delivery methods as required.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover planning, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Track change management activities, risks, issues,



and overall readiness, providing regular status updates to project leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for large ERP implementations.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) .
- Strong understanding of D365 business processes gained through previous implementation projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support teams through organizational change.
- Ability to work collaboratively with executive stakeholders, business leaders, SMEs, and external implementation partners.
- Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and project planning skills.
- Experience creating role-based training content, user guides, job aids, and learning materials.
- Experience supporting UAT, Cutover, Hypercare, and Go-Live readiness activities.
- Strong focus on driving user adoption, business readiness, and operational success.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, or distribution environments.
- Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR or similar Organizational Change Management methodology.
- Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; implementations.
