This role partners closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, program management, and executive leadership to drive operational excellence across a high mix electronics manufacturing operation supporting complex DoD programs. driving safety, quality, delivery, labor utilization, and productivity initiatives; leading lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives; and partnering cross functionally to improve operational performance, capacity planning, and customer delivery.

Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, production planning, labor management, and cross functional leadership is required. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
