Key Requirements
- 8–10 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in the
Pega Platform

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience in
Application Operations Support or
Production Support environments.
- Positive understanding of
Pega architecture
, case management, integrations, and business process implementation.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Proven experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis (RCA)
.
- Knowledge of deployment and release management processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Must be eligible for security clearance/background verification

Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for enterprise Pega applications and ensure high availability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and permanent solutions.
- Support application deployments, releases, and environment management activities.
- Manage incidents, problems, and change requests in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, QA, and business teams to ensure application stability.
- Support Pega case management, integrations, and business process implementations.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and operational guidelines.
