Description Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the product design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user experience.
- Work alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements and user research into elegant design solutions.
- Contribute to the vision and strategy for user experience across our suite of products, aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Participate in user research and usability testing, interpreting user feedback and analytic data into design improvements.
- Support the product design team in various projects, applying best practices in UX/UI design and maintaining high standards of usability and accessibility.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare technology, UX design,
and market needs to keep our products competitive and relevant.

Requirements Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing user-centric, effective user interfaces for both consumer-facing and business-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design with a focus on software applications, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies, with a keen ability to translate user needs and research into practical design solutions.
- Past experience working with China-based developer teams
- (Strong plus) Experiences leading user research
- (Plus) Basic software engineering know-how

Note: This is an on-site position. The candidate will work in the our office in Redwood City, California. The Candidate should expect to work regularly with our China-based development teams in the evenings PST.
