We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex engineering initiatives within our identity security platform. You will coordinate across product, design, and engineering departments to deliver secure, scalable solutions that protect human and AI identities.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale engineering programs from initial planning to final deployment.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on project roadmaps, milestones, and technical dependencies.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on schedule within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Use data and metrics to track progress and improve development workflows.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technical programs within a software engineering organization.
- Ability to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives.
- Robust track record of owning projects from conception to completion.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment with a focus on rapid iteration.
