Join a high-visibility enterprise cybersecurity initiative focused on deploying Twilio MFA capabilities across a large transportation workplace. This role leads end-to-end delivery of a secure and scalable authentication rollout across IAM, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and business stakeholder groups. The project includes pilot deployments, phased enterprise rollout, operational transition, and adoption activities aligned to security and compliance objectives.

Must Haves

- 8-12+ years in project management or program management
- MFA, identity modernization, SSO, PAM, or access management programs
- Delivery of large-scale technology transformations and management of vendors and external delivery partners
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Twilio MFA implementation program
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
- Coordinate workstreams across solution design, testing, communications, deployment, and support readiness
- Partner with IAM and Security teams to align MFA deployment with enterprise identity strategy
- Facilitate governance meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder working sessions
- Manage relationships with Twilio and implementation partners
- Coordinate operational readiness, hypercare, and transition to support teams
