Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (5+ years) to manage strategic business unit and supplier relationships using contingent workforce program operations and reporting

Join a team-oriented contingent workforce program team supporting strategic business units and supplier relationships within a large financial services environment. This role focuses on business relationship management, supplier performance coordination, reporting, and executive-level communication across workforce planning and program operations. The position supports ongoing engagement with senior business leaders, staffing suppliers, and program stakeholders while translating workforce and financial data into actionable insights.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 1 -2 days a week

Must Haves

- 5+ years in relationship management, contingent workforce, staffing, or procurement environments
- 5+ years managing senior stakeholders including Sr. Director and VP level partners




- 5+ years creating PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries for senior audiences
- 5+ years translating complex data into executive-ready business narratives and reporting
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), including Beeline
- Understanding of contingent workforce programs, MSP models, or staffing industry dynamics
- Excel reporting and analysis
- HR background

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary relationship partner for priority Strategic Business Units
- Conduct monthly touchpoints with senior business leaders to discuss workforce priorities and contractor utilization trends
- Track and report on headcount trends, program spend, leave savings, rebate potential, and program usage metrics
- Build executive-level PowerPoint summaries of program findings and performance
- Manage relationships with current and potential staffing suppliers
- Facilitate quarterly supplier reviews with leadership stakeholders
- Consolidate business and supplier data into program performance reporting and insights
