Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills

Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities

Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements





Develop and integrate current features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance

Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications

Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards

Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: Ontario- $ 92740 to $ 105007
