We're currently looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect to join a leading organisation on an exciting 6-month remote contract. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys leading complex ServiceNow implementations, providing technical direction, and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the technical design and architecture of large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Design scalable, best-practice ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and governance standards are maintained.
- Mentor developers and support successful project delivery from design through to implementation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with proven Technical Architect experience.
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
- Two active CIS certifications (any module).
- Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules is highly desirable.

- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Fully Remote.
- 6-Month Contract.
