- Typically, 5+ Years of experience in Low-code development (using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform or alternatives.), systems analysis

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or equivalent experience preferred

- Strong experience managing cross-functional, complex initiatives

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement

- Experience with program/project management methodologies and tools

- Experience with JSON, HTML, Javascript

- The Senior Systems Analyst will lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive strategic business outcomes. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape initiatives, optimize delivery, and ensure measurable value realization

- Work with Lead Developers on architectural design requirements and standards

- Participate in the creation and implementation of modular components

- Balance multiple projects timelines and priorities, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve targeted outcome

- Gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans

- Contribute to continuous improvement across program delivery processes and standards

- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including leadership and governance bodies

- Act as a key advisor by understanding business needs and influencing decision-making

- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and manage challenging situations effectively

- Deliver clear, tailored communications to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership to customers

- Contribute to team collaboration through efficient internal communication

- Proactively identify and manage risks at both project and strategic levels

- Apply analytical and creative problem-solving to resolve complex issues and escalations

- Drive mitigation plans and ensure alignment across stakeholders
