Duties

- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing dishes, assembling orders, and organizing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing utensils and equipment
- Handle food safety procedures by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation protocols
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS for order entry and billing assistance when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction





Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
- Experience with kitchen tasks such as food preparation or cooking is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or cashiering experience enhances performance in this role
