We are seeking an energetic and attentive server to join our team! As a server in a comedy club you will be the first and last face the customers see as they enjoy their dinning and show experience.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a lively, fast-paced environment where teamwork and positivity are celebrated. We offer opportunities to learn the fast-paced bartending role as well.

*Gratuities are given to servers each night in cash.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) system ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation; all while keeping hushed and discreet during the live show.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring food safety compliance at all times.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions,



special requests, and resolving any concerns promptly.

Experience

- SMART serve is a requirement.
- Previous bar or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all.
- Ability to handle rushes of customers at one given time - organization and ability to multitask is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with POS systems, but can be trained in office.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Basic bar knowledge is required (we serve wine, beer, cocktails and highballs).
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling.
- Ability to be mobile enough to work in a dimly lit room, bend down to serve drinks/food in the front rows and ability to utilize stairs while serving with trays.
