Server – Omakase Yakitori Restaurant

Karasu is looking for friendly, professional, and passionate individuals to join our Front of House team as Servers.

As an upscale Omakase Yakitori Restaurant, we strive to provide every guest with an exceptional dining experience through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and outstanding service.

Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and skilled service to every guest.
- Guide guests through the menu, omakase experience, and beverage selections.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily side duties.

Requirements
- Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred.
- Experience in Japanese restaurants, omakase, sushi, izakaya, or fine dining is a strong asset.




- Excellent English communication skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain it) is preferred.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
