Server - Wildflower

As a Server, you will be an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine that are the hallmarks of our dining experience.

This is a full-time, permanent role, starting November 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60

Job Duties Include

Take ownership of guests dining experiences, providing a professional yet attentive rapport, attending to their requests

Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way

Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions

Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods

Exceptional service, with knowledge of wines and specials

Qualifications

Previous service experience in a fine-dining establishment

Excellent communication and organizational skills





Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
