We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service Advisor to support the efficient receipt, processing, and return of goods brought in for repair, maintenance, or upgrade. This role plays a critical part in creating a professional and friendly setting while ensuring smooth operations within our Service Department.

What you will be doing:

- Receive all incoming items for repair or service, accurately record customer information and concerns, and clearly explain service processes.
- Open, manage, and close work orders in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure that all relevant information is collected and provided to the service technicians.
- Arrange logistics for equipment into and out of the service department
- Maintain communication with customer duringthe work andensure a perfect delivery of the completed job
