Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience in high-rise residential buildings.

· Able to rough-in and finish plumbing fixtures.

· Solid understanding of water distribution and drainage systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

· Basic understanding of hot water heating, actuators, thermostats, etc

· Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

· Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Friendly with a great deal of patience.





· Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.

· Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawing.

· Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices

Responsibilities

· Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

· Collaborate with general property manager, contractors, and other construction professionals.

· Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

· Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.

· Prepare material lists for jobs when asked.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· High school diploma preferred.

· Ontario plumbing license (preferred)

· 3-5 years of experience as plumber.

· Valid driver’s license
