As a ServiceNow Associate Software Engineer in our Corporate IT division, you'll be at the heart of designing, developing, and supporting business‑critical applications that power Sun Life's operations. You'll collaborate with experienced teams in an Agile workplace to build scalable, reliable solutions that matter. This role combines hands‑on development with operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and integration solutions
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective solution designs
- Write, maintain, and optimize code, scripts, and automation tools
- Partner with cross‑functional teams—engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders—to deliver real results

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Recent graduates with 0–2 years of internship/co‑op experience, OR professionals with 3–5 years of software development or application support experience
- Hands‑on programming experience with languages like JavaScript, Python, or similar
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, shell scripting)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts (Agile, DevOps)
