- Lead and supervise a crew of operators and labourers
- Assign tasks and ensure safety measures are followed
- Oversee sewer and watermain installations and repairs
- Conduct daily safety meetings and hazard assessments
- Maintain communication with project management and inspectors Requirements:
- 5+ years in sewer and watermain construction
- Previous foreman or lead-hand experience preferred
- Solid understanding of municipal standards and trenching
- Valid driver’s license (G) required
