Lookout Housing and Health Society operates a 24/7 emergency shelter in Duncan, BC, providing intake, orientation, and direct support to guests facing homelessness, addictions, and mental health challenges. The Shelter Resource Worker reports to the Site Manager and upholds Lookout’s mission and ethics.
Applicants should have Grade 12 or equivalent with two years of related experience and a valid First Aid Level 1, plus CPI/trauma-informed training is a plus; respirator fit testing is required.
