Our client is looking for a Sharepoint Analyst to join their team. This role requires experience in site‑collection administration, user acceptance testing documentation, troubleshooting forms and workflows, supporting ShareGate, and complex SharePoint projects involving managed metadata, workflows, forms, and UI customization.

Responsibilities

- Provide first and second‑level technical support for SharePoint‑related issues, including user inquiries, system errors, and performance problems.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint site and application issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch installations, and system configurations to ensure stability and security of the SharePoint setting.
- Monitor SharePoint servers, services,



and workflows to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
- Perform business analysis and design to support creating SharePoint solutions.

Requirements

- Experience as a Site Collection Administrator.
- Experience preparing and documenting materials for user acceptance testing.
- Experience troubleshooting forms and workflows (all types).
- Experience using and supporting ShareGate.
- Experience with complex SharePoint projects including solutions depending on managed metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization.
- Experience applying patches/updates to SharePoint environments.
- Experience using PowerShell to manage Farm/Application/Site Collection/Site Features.
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint environments, including SharePoint 2016 On‑Premise and SharePoint Online.

Nice to Have

- Additional expertise in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint farm management.
