SHIP is seeking a Relief Worker to provide backup support and counselling to clients experiencing homelessness and/or mental health challenges in our emergency shelter settings across three programs in the Region of Waterloo.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will assist with daily living activities, crisis prevention, and documentation while upholding our compassionate, client-centred approach. Adaptable shift coverage may include overnights, weekends, and holidays.
