- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Keep record of the quantities of food used
- Provide staff training
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Record and balance daily transactions
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Experience: One Year Education requirement: Post Secondary Diploma or equivalent experience.
