Ace Instruments Ltd. is seeking a dependable and motivated Shipper / Receiver to join our team. This hands-on position is responsible for receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory while supporting daily warehouse and parts operations.

What You’ll Do

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Verify packing slips, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare and distribute parts for customers, jobs, and field technicians.
- Notify customers when materials arrive and assist with pickups.
- Complete daily parts deliveries and pickups.
- Enter receiving information into inventory and purchasing systems.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Track equipment issued to field technicians.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.
- Perform routine inspections of forklifts and shop vehicles.
- Participate in on-call and call-in rotations as required.

What We’re Looking For





- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
- Forklift certification is considered an asset.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to coordinate with suppliers, delivery drivers, customers, and field technicians regarding shipments, inventory shortages, and delivery schedules.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

Experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, inventory control, or the industrial service industry is an asset. Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
