About Us

Hydraulitech Solutions designs and manufactures specialized hydraulic equipment and testing systems for customers across the world. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to manage purchasing, inventory, supplier relationships, and order tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping, Packing & International Logistics

- Coordinate national and international shipments of manufactured goods in compliance with country-specific customs regulations and shipping procedures.
- Determine optimal shipping methods and prepare all required documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing slips, export documents etc.
- Pick, pack, and accurately prepare small orders according to requirements
- Conducting thorough quantity checks against sales orders prior to dispatch.
- Oversee the safe loading and unloading of goods from trucks and containers.
- Safely operate forklifts, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as needed to transport, load, and unload goods.

Order Management & Financial Coordination

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enter customer orders accurately into the system and promptly communicate requirements to the production team.
- Partner with the accounting department to manage order billing, track down payments, and verify final payment clearance prior to releasing shipments.

Tooling Inventory, Procurement & Production Planning

- Order laser-cut parts, honing stones, tools, and raw materials to support ongoing production orders and R&D; projects.




- Track and manage inventory levels for tooling and honing supplies, ensuring all tools are properly packed and allocated per order specifications.
- Assist in production planning to align manufacturing output with shipping deadlines and customer delivery expectations.

Qualifications · Training or certification in international shipping, export compliance, customs regulations and Knowledge in customs procedures and freight forwarding processesis an asset.

· 2+ years of hands-on experience in shipping, logistics, coordinating domestic and international shipments.

· Ability to select cost-effective and timely shipping methods

- Strong attention to detail in shipment preparation and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Order entry and order processing experience/Understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
- Experience tracking customer payments and shipment release requirements.
- Production planning and scheduling knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
