Overview

As a Foreman, you’ll lead a field crew in installing, removing, and servicing temporary fencing projects. You’ll coach and support your team while ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. This hands‑on leadership role involves working outdoors and representing the company directly at customer sites.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and assign daily tasks to crew members
- Train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback
- Work alongside the team on installs, removals, and site prep
- Ensure projects meet safety standards, specs, and deadlines
- Meet clients onsite to review job details and expectations
- Complete job reports, inventory logs, and site checklists
- Inspect equipment and maintain truck readiness
- Monitor attendance and support team performance
- Participate in safety meetings and report incidents
- Maintain clean, protected job sites and vehicles
- Step in and call out unsafe conditions when needed

What You Bring

- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- 1+ year leadership experience (preferred)
- 2+ years in fencing, construction, or similar industry (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Good communication and organizational skills




- Comfortable using tools and equipment (power tools, post drivers, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly
- Forklift and 1‑ton truck experience (asset)
- Strong accountability and time management

Work Environment

- Outdoor, physically demanding role
- Work in various weather conditions
- Travel to job sites required

Base Pay Range

31.80 - 43.73
