Your role includes trade coordination, schedule management, safety enforcement, and maintaining quality assurance. With a diverse project portfolio, you will have the autonomy to manage site operations and drive project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all site operations from mobilization to handover
- Coordinate and schedule all trades in office effectively
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress
- Enforce safety standards and compliance across personnel
- Develop solutions for scheduling risks and communicate them Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in construction; 2 years as Superintendent
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades effectively
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of regional OH&S; legislation
