Fenton Contracting Group Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Snow Equipment Operators to join our team for the winter season. In this role , you will be responsible for working independently or as a team under direct supervision under Site Managers.

As part of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality snow and ice management services from commercial/retail properties that reflect our commitment to efficiency, safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties

- Knowledge of snow and ice control methods and best practices
- Work closely with Site Supervisor and Crew in the plowing and removal of snow from walkways and parking lots for various areas of the properties according to the specific contracts.
- Proficiently and safely use snow removal equipment such as tractors, wheel loaders, skid loader, compact tractors and other power operated tools and equipment used to perform snow removal.
- Conduct daily Equipment Safety Checks and ensure all equipments are safe to operate and left in a safe manner
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding work progress and safety concerns.
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods.

Requirements





- 3 Years Experience with operating heavy equipment for at least one of the following; Wheel Loader, Skid steers/Bobcats, tractor plow, Excavator, or Dozer
- Valid G License with clean driver's abstract
- Willing/Able to be on call 24/7
- Reliable, trustworthy and be able to work varying hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (snow, slush, ice, freezing rain, hail and sub-zero temperatures)

Responsibilities

- Always represent TCG's best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism
- Maintain care for TCG's provided equipment, tools and vehicles
- Maintain a clean and protected jobsite, while ensuring property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow
- Work as a part of a team and take directions
- Attend mandatory training requested by management
- Follow TCG's rules, polices, procedures and regulations
- Report all incident involving equipment to Site Supervisor
