Advanced Respiratory Care Network provides a range of expertise in respirology, sleep medicine, internal medicine, cardiology and allergy in Alberta. Advanced Respiratory Care Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Media Coordinator and Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Our areas of diagnostics and therapeutics include Pulmonary Function Testing, Level 1 and Level 3 sleep testing, CPAP and BiPAP therapy, respiratory home care and home oxygen therapy, 24 hour BP monitoring, 24- and 48-hour holter monitoring and allergy testing. The areas of Specialized Physician Consultation include Pulmonology, Cardiology, Sleep Medicine, Internal Medicine and Allergy.

The Role:

The Social Media Coordinator and Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the team at Advanced Respiratory Care Network (ARCN). This role reports to the Business Director.

The role is responsible for managing ARCN’s day‑to‑day social media activity and B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Coordinator

- Content creation
- Scheduling & publishing
- Community management
- Analytics reporting
- Trend monitoring
- Campaign support

Inside Sales Representative

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Managing the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment, including preparing quotes and tracking sales metrics
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth
- Collaborating with other members of the ARCN Team

Required Qualifications & Skills





Education

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus

Experience

- 3+ years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing high-quality social media campaigns
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience supporting media on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Indeed
- Excellent knowledge of social platform capabilities and best practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic work environment
- Ability to multitask on a variety of different projects with strong project management skills
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
- Excellent social listening skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
