As a vital part of the Women's & Newborn Health Program, you will collaborate with an interprofessional team to assist families facing challenges associated with pregnancy, pre-term birth, and loss, ensuring culturally safe care. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling to families facing hospitalization stressors
- Conduct psychosocial assessments for individual and family needs
- Liaise with health and community services for resource advocacy
- Supervise and mentor clinical MSW students
- Collaborate with team members for integrated care solutions Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Current licensing in Nova Scotia
- Minimum two years clinical experience
- Knowledge of infant mental health and family therapy preferred
