Salary: The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $92,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills, and education.

Design, develop, test, and enhance a variety of integrations and internal tools that improve development workflows and product functionality.

Participate in agile development cycles, including planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, system architecture, and integration processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, data flows, and internal tools, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Assist in the development of testing frameworks and automation scripts to improve deployment reliability and reduce manual effort.

Stay informed about emerging technologies, best practices,



and industry standards relevant to integration development and software engineering.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.

Work closely with QA and support teams to ensure integrations meet quality standards and function correctly across different environments.

A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Demonstrated understanding of fundamental programming concepts and software development principles.

Proficiency in Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.

Experience or familiarity with Java, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, React, Linux, and Git is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Ability to document technical work clearly and thoroughly for team sharing and future reference.

Prior internship or project experience related to software development, integrations, or educational technology is a plus but not required.

Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with API development, RESTful services, and data exchange formats like JSON and XML.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.

Exposure to DevOps practices, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.

Understanding of data privacy and security standards, especially in educational contexts.
