Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SolidWorks Programmer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks software. Your expertise will directly contribute to the design and development of complex mechanical systems, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your mechanical knowledge and CAD skills while supporting the creation of cutting-edge solutions.

Duties

- Create detailed 3D models and assemblies of mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks.
- Develop comprehensive technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions aligned with project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate conceptual ideas into precise CAD models.
- Perform simulations, stress analysis, and system design validation within SolidWorks to ensure functionality and durability.
- Assist in drafting technical documentation, including schematics and system layouts, utilizing CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, or Autodesk Inventor when needed.
- Support the integration of CAD models into larger project workflows by exporting files compatible with Bluebeam, NavisWorks,



or other construction management software.
- Contribute to assembly planning, 2D animation of mechanical systems, and virtual prototyping to streamline manufacturing processes.

Skills

- Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling, assembly design, and simulation tasks.
- Strong mechanical engineering background with comprehensive knowledge of system design principles.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Autodesk Inventor, or Pro/ENGINEER for drafting and schematic creation.
- Familiarity with construction-related CAD workflows including Bluebeam and NavisWorks integration.
- Knowledge of mechanical components such as schematics, assemblies, and drafting standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for system development.
- Excellent understanding of mechanical systems, assembly processes, and construction experience is highly desirable.
