In this dynamic, site-based role, you will act as the main point of contact for all HSE-related matters, working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

You will help foster a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. - Act as the primary HSE point of contact on site
- Monitor and report HSE KPIs and performance
- Ensure safe planning and execution of site activities
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Analyze trends and recommend preventive measures
- Conduct inspections and engage in safety discussions
- Promote HSE programs, including "We Care" Your background - CNESST certification (CoSS) for construction sites
- OHS diploma or professional certification (CSP, CIH, NCSO)
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience in HSE on complex projects
- Incident investigation training
