Transform children's communication skills as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at e4c. As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Your role will involve supporting the speech and language development of preschool-aged children through tailored, evidence-based activities. You will also participate in home visits and facilitate positive learning experiences that foster social interaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interventions under the direction of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members
- Implement individual and group programming interventions
- Facilitate play-based learning to enhance communication skills
- Organize therapy materials and maintain participant records Requirements:
- Diploma in Speech and Language Pathology Assistant
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and vehicle
- Experience with preschool-aged children
- Standard First Aid and CPR certification
