Key Responsibilities

- Write help documentation about ArcGIS Agents that aligns with Esri documentation standards, processes, and release life cycles
- Create blog articles, videos, guides, and tutorials that provide repeatable, real-world workflows, GIS best practices, and applied use cases for ArcGIS Agents
- Collaborate with product software development teams across Esri to help users be successful with ArcGIS Agents and other geospatial AI capabilities
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ArcGIS workflows, geospatial best practices, ArcGIS Agents use cases, and AI technologies

Requirements

- Portfolio submission: writing samples of your recent work
- 5+ years of professional writing experience related to GIS; ideally a blended background including technical and creative writing
- Experience with ArcGIS
- Robust knowledge of AI workflows
- Exposure to GIT-based content management systems, including markdown, to create, manage, and publish documents
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, compelling content




- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an agile, proactive environment with a fluid mix of collaborative and independent work
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, English, or related field
- Master's degree in GIS, computer science, English, or related field
- Exposure to creating custom AI agents
- Experience developing documentation strategies for new products
