We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Store Associate to join our retail team. You’ll be the welcoming face customers meet when they walk through the door, helping them explore products, answering questions, and keeping the store running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and offer helpful support
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using our POS system
- Demonstrate products and highlight key features
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive merchandise displays
- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure products are easy to find
- Handle cash and payments accurately
- Provide professional customer service in person,
over the phone, and online
- Support daily store operations, including restocking and general store upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience is helpful but not required—enthusiasm matters most
- Comfort using POS systems or basic retail math is an asset
- Strong communication skills and confident phone etiquette
- Experience in retail or similar environments is a plus
