Do you thrive in a leadership role and enjoy building strong relationships with customers and the hobby community? We're looking for an enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Outstanding Hobbies Mississauga. This is an exciting chance to combine proven retail leadership with a genuine passion for the hobby industry.

What you'll bring

- Previous retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of hobbies and hobby products (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Leadership, organizational, and team-building abilities
- A passion for engaging with and growing our hobby community





What you'll do

- Lead, coach, and support a high-performing retail team
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience every day
- Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory
- Build lasting relationships with customers and help grow our local hobby community
- Work every day surrounded by some of the coolest products in the industry

Salary starts at $50,000, with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
