Canada Life is seeking a Manager, Change Management to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the AVP, Change Management, you will drive organizational readiness, engagement, adoption and sustainability of change, partnering with sponsors, leaders and project teams.
You will deliver end-to-end change management on programs, coach leaders, and embed change activities into project delivery while aligning with enterprise standards and best practices.
