BCIT's Human Resources team is seeking a regular, full time HR Business Partner. This role provides strategic advisory, coaching, and consultation across labor relations, workforce planning, recruitment, and employee programs.
You will partner with business leaders to design effective people management practices and support development of teams in designated client groups. You will mentor a Recruitment Specialist, develop reports, and help optimize HR programs.
