EXPERIENCE:
- Significant experience in liaising with the offices of senior executives.
- Significant experience in the use of Peoplesoft
- Experience in composing correspondence.
- Significant experience in the use of Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in creating and maintaining databases, BF systems and filing systems.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft.
- Knowledge of travel arrangements procedure and guidelines.
- Knowledge of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have completed at least a Secondary School Diploma
- Persons residing or employed in Eastern Ontario or Western Quebec, who have a home or business postal code beginning with: K1 to K7, K8A to K8H, K0A to K0J, J8L to J8Z, J9A to J9J, or J0X.
- An eligibility list may be established to staff similar vacancies.
- Preference will be given to Canadian Citizens.
- CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Flexibility in the hours of work.
