What You'll Do

- Welcome every guest with an amazing first impression.
- Build genuine relationships with our clients.
- Educate guests on tanning, red light therapy, wellness, skincare, and lash services.
- Recommend products, memberships, and services that truly fit each guest's needs.
- Help keep the studio beautiful, clean, and organized.
- Celebrate wins with your teammates and have fun while you work!

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is highly desirable, especially in environments involving product demos or merchandising.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex features simply and confidently
- Proven organizational skills for managing multiple tasks such as product displays, customer interactions, and cash handling
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math ensures smooth transaction processes
- Excellent time management skills combined with professional phone etiquette contribute to delivering outstanding customer service
