Lead daily operations as the Studio Manager for our Cherry Creek ear piercing studio. You will enhance customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain a safe and welcoming setting. As a Studio Manager, you will oversee a team while focusing on sales growth and exceptional customer service.

You will engage directly with customers, helping them style their piercings with Rowan jewelry. Your leadership will help create a positive environment while ensuring adherence to the highest safety standards and managing studio performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee customer experience and ensure joyful service
- Coach and develop a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with standards
- Drive sales to exceed performance targets
