We are seeking an experienced Systems Testing / QA Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end testing activities across large-scale enterprise applications. The role involves designing test strategies, executing various testing types, ensuring system quality, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide guidance on testing strategies, test plans, and tool selection
- Plan and organize testing efforts for large-scale GUI and non-GUI systems
- Identify required testing resources and timelines

Test Execution

- Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
- Conduct specialized testing such as performance, stress, and load testing

Test Development

- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, TestComplete, or Postman
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or Bugzilla
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Validate data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
- Perform data migration and transformation testing
- Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation
- Work with developers, business analysts, and project managers

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain test documentation, coverage reports, and quality metrics
- Contribute to user manuals and release notes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and AODA accessibility requirements

Must-Have Requirements

- 8+ years of experience as a Software QA Tester
- Strong experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Experience in functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Hands-on experience in test planning, test case creation, and execution
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

Strong Assets (Highly Preferred)

- Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM applications
- Experience with Siebel Test Automation




- Experience testing Adobe AEM
- Experience testing COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) applications (5+ years)

- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, UFT, Postman, etc.)

- Working knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques
- Understanding of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
