Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with placing take-out orders via phone or in person
- Accurately process orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to relay special requests or modifications
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and order status
- Prepare orders for pickup, ensuring they are complete, properly packaged, and ready on time




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out station and surrounding areas
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Experience with food handling and safety protocols preferred
- Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
