Your role involves utilizing various sourcing channels and maintaining a warm talent pipeline for crucial roles. You’ll ensure a positive candidate experience while coaching managers on effective interview techniques. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to preboarding
- Source candidates via outreach, referrals, and social media

- Conduct structured interviews and provide recommendations
