As the sole Senior HR Generalist, your responsibilities will encompass leading full-cycle recruitment and managing HR functions like onboarding and compliance. You will be pivotal in fostering a positive employee experience while working independently and efficiently in a supportive setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across all Dodds locations
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Resolve employee relations issues and complaints
- Oversee health & safety programs and compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR reporting Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
- Proven skills in full-cycle recruitment
- Degree in Human Resources Management
