Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

Location: Downtown Toronto

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model – 3 days onsite per week

Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Language Requirement: Professional English communication skills required

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a well-rounded Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience supporting a variety of business functions, rather than someone focused solely on one recruitment area.

Recruitment responsibilities may include hiring across:

- Entry-level and early career positions
- Branch and retail operations
- Call centre roles (limited volume)
- Finance
- Information Technology
- Legal
- Administrative functions
- Operations
- Senior skilled-level positions

Workload & Recruitment Volume
- The team manages approximately 200 active requisitions collectively.
- Individual recruiters typically oversee 15–18 open positions at any given time.

Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will bring:
- 5–6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven experience recruiting for professional and senior-level roles




- Background working in both smaller organizations and larger corporate environments is an asset
- Strong high-volume recruitment experience
- Experience with Workday or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred
- Post-secondary education required, ideally with a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000–$90,000
- Annual bonus opportunity: 10%
