A well-established public practice firm in Vancouver is seeking aSenior Tax Manager or Principalto lead and build its tax function. This role is suited for an experienced tax professional looking forownership, influence, and a defined path to Partnerwithin a stable, growing firm. You will take responsibility forbuilding and leading the firm’s tax department.

You will work closely with the existing partners and have discretion in how the tax practice is developed and scaled. This position is intended for someone ready to operate at aPrincipal or non-equity Partner level, with a clear and realistic pathway to equity partnership. Lead the firm’s tax practice,



primarily servingprivate owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals Provide technical oversight on complex tax matters, planning, and compliance Review tax engagements and maintain quality and consistency across files Build, mentor, and manage a tax team Maintain senior-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor Contribute to firm strategy and long-term growth alongside the partners 10+ years of public practice tax experience ~ Completion of theIn-Depth Tax Program or a Master’s in Tax ~ Robust technical foundation in Canadian tax ~ Bonus eligibility Overtime paid
