TLC Cleaning Services Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Cleaning Team Lead to join our team in Langley/Surrey.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others succeed, and wants to grow into a management role as our company expands.

What you’ll do

- Provide exceptional residential cleaning services.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Lead by example and maintain our high cleaning standards.
- Perform quality checks and provide feedback.
- Help ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are organized and stocked.
- Assist with scheduling and daily operations as needed.
- Support hiring and onboarding as the company grows.

What we’re looking for
- Residential cleaning experience (team lead or supervisory experience is an asset).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, organized, and qualified.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.




- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Starting wage of $27/hour.
